Gym Group Training

Our brand new Sport & Fitness Prime, Sport & Fitness Core and Tiverton Gym Plus memberships now include more than ever!

Please note, there will be limited Gym Group Training classes in the week commencing Monday 13 September, the full timetable will be available from Monday 20 September.

Gym Group Training

Available to Sport & Fitness Prime; Sport & Fitness Core and Tiverton Plus members

Brand new for 2021-22

Gym Group Training is 30 to 45-minute sessions available every day of the week. These programmed sessions will add variety and all-round body conditioning to your workouts.

Very different from group exercise classes, Gym Group Training is designed by personal trainers using cardio equipment, free weights, bodyweight and flexibility exercises.

Duration: 45 minutes

  • Bodyweight exercises
  • Resistance exercises

Gym Group Training Timetable Saturday 18 – Saturday 25 September

Available to Sport & Fitness Prime; Sport & Fitness Core and Tiverton Plus members

If you have a Sport & Fitness Core membership with specific access times, for example, the 9am – 2pm membership, you will only be able to attend Gym group Training sessions which start during those hours.

This timetable will be updated weekly on Fridays. Please check the timetable regularly and ensure you always book in advance via the UB Sport & Fitness app or website.

How to book

Once you have purchased your Sport & Fitness Prime, Sport & Fitness Core or Tiverton Gym plus membership, visit the Gym Group Training timetable on the website, or the UB Sport & Fitness app (available on the App Store and Google Play) to book your session.

You must book online in advance to attend Gym Group Training, you will not be able to book at reception or attend without an advance booking.
