The safety of our members and staff is our priority, so we’ve made some changes to our facilities and procedures to ensure you can continue safely on your fitness journey with confidence. You can only access the building provided you have booked in advance and have your membership card with you to swipe in and out.
Class bookings are available, and can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
Fitness classes are the perfect way to add variety to your workout routine or start exercising in a fun and friendly environment.
Our classes are all designed to be mixed ability, so whether you’re giving Body Pump a go for the first time or you’re a Pilates pro, the instructor will guide you through a workout which suits your ability.
In classes, you also have the support of the group. We believe in all types of members training together to inspire and develop one another. So if you’ve never stepped into a studio before, don’t worry about not knowing what equipment to pick up or getting the moves wrong, the instructor and the group will be there every step of the way!
