Welcome to University of Birmingham Sport’s online Open Week!

Undergraduate Open Days at the University of Birmingham have moved online! Join us throughout the weeks of Saturday 5 September – Wednesday 16 September for a host of activities to help you learn more about what sport is like at at the University of Birmingham. And, because we’re online, you can join in from wherever you are in the world!

Hear from our club committees as they respond to some frequently asked questions, discover more about your sport below, and find out what sport at Birmingham has to offer.

Visit our clubs’ social media profiles, giving you the chance to see a typical week in the team as well as meet the coaches and current players. Many of our clubs will be hosting live social media events so there are lots of opportunities to have your questions answered.

Although our sporting facilities currently have limited capacity, be sure to check out our gyms, including both Sport & Fitness and Tiverton Gym, and see our full range of instructor led classes. Find out more about student sport in our student news section, or explore the various volunteering opportunities that you can get involved with during your time at Birmingham.
