The Performance Centre offers customised strength & conditioning training to meet your sporting needs as an individual athlete or team. Our in-house team of Strength & Conditioning experts will create a bespoke training programme to improve your physical performance, enabling you to be one step ahead of the competition.

We use state-of-the-art technology to enhance feedback to each individual athlete. Our dedicated Performance Gym includes Force Plate technology along with Gymaware system and a 4 camera & video analysis system to measure and predict performance variables and allow us to identify bespoke training needs.

Mark provides support to BUCS Championship Teams Squash, Swimming and Rugby, whilst assisting in the strength and conditioning provision to University of Birmingham Sport scholars and athletes on the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS).
