You can book online via the website or via the UB Sport Fitness app (available on Apple and Android). You will not be able to book at reception. Please note, you will not be permitted access into the club if you are more than five minutes late, this is so we can manage capacities and social distancing in the corridors and stairwells.

Arrive on time and ready to work out. Please come in your workout clothes, or wear your swimwear underneath your clothes if you’re visiting the pool, as the changing rooms will not be available. Please only bring a small drawstring bag for your belongings as lockers will not be in use.
Face coverings are mandatory except when you are exercising. This includes the outside queuing area, reception, corridors and stairwells. You will be refused entry into Sport & Fitness if you are not wearing a face covering or have an exemption.
Clean equipment after use. Please help protect yourself and fellow members by cleaning the gym and class equipment before and after use, with the cleaning products provided.
