WHERE CAN I GET A TEST?

There are three ways to test for Coronavirus.

GREAT HALL, ASTON WEBB

This test is pre-bookable and located in the Aston Webb building. Simply pick a time slot on the University website and go to the entrance of the Bramall music building to follow the steps to get a test. It takes approximately 10 minutes and the results are emailed or messaged to you in as quick as an hour. This site is open Monday – Thursday.

DUCK & SCHOLAR, VALE VILLAGE

There is a walk-in testing centre in the Duck & Scholar. The site is open on Tuesdays and Fridays, between 11am – 6.45pm (closed 2 – 2.45pm), and you do not need to pre-book. You can watch the Guild of Students’ video about the site on their Facebook page.

HOME-TESTING KIT, ONLINE OR BY PHONE

If you cannot get to a test centre, you can call the NHS on 119 to order a test to do at home, or order one online. They usually arrive within 48 hours.
