Student Membership Refunds
We are offering students with a membership at Sport & Fitness or Tiverton Gym, a pro-rata refund for the time in which these facilities have been closed due to a Covid-19 national lockdown.
The application form for refunds is now open and will close on Friday 14 May 2021. Please read the below information carefully before submitting your refund request form.
Applications will begin being processed no earlier than Monday 17 May.
Once you have completed the refund request form, and it has been processed by the University of Birmingham Finance Department, you will receive a remittance email detailing the refund amount.
You can receive your refund no earlier than Tuesday 1 June 2021.
Step 1: Please provide your details for the refund via the form below. Please check your details carefully before submitting as incorrectly typed details will result in a delay to your refund. Refund application forms will be open until Friday 14 May 2021. Please be aware, international bank transfers incur a charge which will be deducted from your refund amount so where possible, please use a UK bank account.
Step 2: Refund applications will be processed from Monday 17 May.
Step 3: From Tuesday 1 June, refund payments will be sent to the bank details provided. You will receive a remittance email detailing your refund amount.
