Women's Cricket Equipment
The University of Birmingham Women’s Cricket Club is made up of a mixture of women, from first years to post-graduates, who train once a week at the renowned Edgbaston Cricket Stadium. Using an external coach to help them train weekly, they compete in both indoor and outdoor matches throughout term-time.
Women’s Cricket are an incredibly welcoming club and open to anyone who is interested. They compete in the BUCS Premier South League.
How to get involved
Taster session and/or trial information will be available soon. The membership fee is £120 which gets reduced to £60 in Term 2 and £50 over the summer.
Please note that on top of the club fee there is a £16 fee that covers personal accident insurance when training or competing for the University, access to free cross-training sessions such as circuits and yoga, as well as a contribution to the costs of affiliation to various national governing bodies. This fee is only payable once so if you did decide to join a second club then you would not need to pay a second fee.

Successes and Achievements
Six girls who had never picked up a cricket ball before joining university played their first ever cricket match last year!
From complete beginners to experienced players, our club is a mixture of all ages and abilities training together at the fantastic facilities of Edgbaston Cricket Ground.
Club captain: Emily Eagles
