Dodgeball is a fun, friendly club open to all! We provide multiple training sessions each week, focusing on developing skills and fitness, as well as a fun weekly social session for members who do not want to compete.

There is much opportunity for competition as the club enters both local and national leagues and tournaments. With this opportunity for success in the university leagues, the club holds all but a few national titles and owns many medals and trophies.

Dodgeball offers as much or little competition as you like; the club has experienced players representing Great Britain, however, we also welcome students who are looking for a fun, social hobby that includes sports nights and sober socials. Many students join for the social aspect and go on to win national tournaments!

Dodgeball is a great sport to try, whether competitive or simply for fun – the club welcomes all!

How to get involved

Trial and taster sessions will be held in Munrow Arena 3 on Saturday 29 September 5-7pm and in Munrow Arena 2 on Sunday 30 September 2-4pm. The membership fee is £60 with an additional squad fee of £25.

Please note that on top of the club fee there is a £16 fee that covers personal accident insurance when training or competing for the University, access to free cross-training sessions such as circuits and yoga, as well as a contribution to the costs of affiliation to various national governing bodies.  This fee is only payable once so if you did decide to join a second club then you would not need to pay a second fee.
