The Birmingham Bulls are a team for the hard working, ambitious and sociable player. Our member ability ranges from GB Pioneers representatives to those who had never played the game before joining University; and our training regime is built around times that students are naturally available, ensuring that people can have a great student whilst easily integrating into the current squad

The club has a large social aspect and an emphasis on fun during training sessions, which allows newcomers to not only learn the rules of the game but also easily integrate with current squad members and settle in with ease.

The club is looking to expand this coming season, as we aim to have a first and second team competing in BUCS leagues. This will solidify the togetherness of the club whilst increasing the exposure of Rugby League on campus and in the surrounding areas.

How to get involved

REGISTER YOUR INTEREST

To discover more and get involved, come and meet current club members at Sport & Fitness Fair on Tuesday 21 September in the Sport & Fitness Arena from 10am-5pm. This is the best place to find about trials and taster sessions. You will be asked to register your interest using the ‘Register Interest’ form above, and then you will receive confirmation of the dates of trials and taster sessions in a follow up email. If you would prefer, you can also fill in the form before Sport & Fitness Fair, but you will not receive any further information until the evening of Tuesday 21 September.

If you have any questions for the club before Sport & Fitness Fair, please contact the club directly via the red contact us button or their social media pages.

Following trials and taster sessions, if you would like to join the club you must purchase a membership online. To purchase a membership, please click the yellow join us button above.

Please note, on top of the club membership fee there is a £16 fee that covers personal accident insurance when training or competing for the University, as well as a contribution to the costs of affiliation to various national governing bodies. This fee also allows you access to free cross-training sessions such as circuits and yoga, and is only payable once so if you did decide to join a second club then you would not need to pay a second fee.
