Pay & Go

Pay & Go gives you the ability to add activities to your workout on an ad hoc basis for both members and non members.

Sport & Fitness has so many ways to keep fit and have fun whilst being active that we want you to have the flexibility to try everything.

Please note, we do not offer Gym or Swim on Pay & Go, these facilities are for members only.

Currently, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we also cannot offer Pay & Go squash, as players must be members and play individually or with a member of their household.

Classes

From Monday 12 April, until at least Monday 17 May, under the Government’s restrictions, we are only permitted to offer in-person classes outdoors.

We introduced outdoor classes at the end of last year, and even with some chilly temperatures, our members gave great feedback!

Now the weather is getting warmer and brighter every day, we’re able to offer even more outdoor classes including Circuits, Yoga, Boot Camp, Zumba, Body Combat and Tai Chi. All outdoor classes will take place on the blue hockey pitch opposite the Sport & Fitness club.

You can view the full timetable on the Timetables page.
