Our 7th and 8th team compete in the local Birmingham Netball League (BNL), where they also play in weekly competitive fixtures.

The Netball Club is highly valued and respected at UoB. We have access to a wide range of sport support services, high level coaches and a dedicated committee who work tirelessly to grow and develop the players and the club in any way that they can.

Many of our performance athletes play NPL and NSL, with some also competing in England Netball’s Premier League. The location of the University of Birmingham means that athletes have opportunities to play at several franchises: Severn Stars; Loughborough Lightning and Central Warriors.

Our unrivalled performance programme is led by expert coaching staff who are constantly striving to improve and develop both individual and team performances. Our coaches work with a wide range of performance support services (including S&C, physiotherapy, nutrition, performance analysis and psychology) to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to athlete development.
